Mission stomacher : cleared
Aug. 17th, 2009 11:52 pmThe stomacher embroidery is done ! Just what I was aiming at, tonight. Now I just have to finish the cuffs, assemble the stomacher, and recover the shoeS. heileen's help. Than Wednesday is cleaning day, and on Thursday I get to see the ophtalmologist in the morning, have my parents over for lunch and said lovely fellow costumer arrives in the afternoon.
That'd be, as I said, ideal. Somehow I'm not sure I can manage the shoes by then, especially as I still don't have the glue for it. But at the same time, my fett tend to be in a sad swollen state so I'm not sure I'd fit into the shoes if I did finish them. Worse comes worse, I'll wear my brown ones, add a bow to them and just pretend they look okay. I *think* I'll still fit into those ones. Keeps your fingers crossed with me !
And it has nothing to do with sewing, but we just cooked one of the yummiest fish dishes I've ever eaten. And eaten it while watching the end of the second season of the Sarah Connor Chronicles, which is seriously awesome. Now please pray with me that there IS a third season, because I want to know what happens next !
