Couldn't sleep yesterday evening, so stayed up till one sewing.
The lower edge of my rstays now has a binding. Someone remember me saying back in January I could make this before the end of the week ? well it wasn't that much work, the problem was just to sit down and sew the damn thing. Rather tricky binding the tabs, since I couldn't find any matchnig bias tape, and I hadn't enough fabric to make my own. So normal satin ribbon it is... slippery and not behaving. Binding the upper edge will go like a dream now... except for the fact that I don't have enough ribbon and I can't buy new one sonce a) the shop I got it from is out of town, no shop in town carries this exact shade of greyish blue, and my car is currently being repaired (yep, we got into a small accident on Thursday, nothing broken but the car itself) and b) I couldn't drive or even walk to another shop either, with my left knee being what it is... I fear the moment when I'll be stuck on various projects due to lack of supplies...
