I found a pattern I like for the new cardigan I started. Okay, I found a pattern for the neckline, I'm probably going to alter it considerably below the bust.
I have eight skein of a light brown mohair-something blend with copper shiny thread - small skeins, I have about 400meters total. I wanted something I could wear in the spring and autumn over a light top and in winter over a turtleneck. I wanted something I could possibly still wear if our plans for a second pregnancy fulfill themselves. I wanted to knit the rather lightweight yarn in a loose gauge, because I didn't like the way it felt knitted on the prescribed needles. I can't get more skeins. And finally, I wanted some lace. This is where I started. After some math and casting on, I almost have ten rows. Or, in other words, not much to show yet.
