I love the Petit Courrier plates, and have quite a lot of them. I even have some of the same ones as you. I hope we don't bid against each other on E Bay!! And that stripey one - what is it about stripes that everyone seems to like?
If you come accross a green-martha, it's obviously me :) I'm currently keeping an eye on a bunch of 1820's stuff, and some bustly too, on the french eBay.
Look at this one (http://cgi.ebay.fr/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=002&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&viewitem=&item=120051657665&rd=1&rd=1). I won't be bidding on it, but it looks interesting, and is cheap too.
That's beautiful! I won't be bidding either, as I am not certain enough of my french to be sure I am doing it right. I was looking at some recently bought plates, and I really will have to get them up on line - you have inspired me, I hope.
I wasn't that much into the 1820s either until I got my hands on those ones. They are silly and weird in some way, but as the HG put it, all hasion is weird in some way.

I'm on sick leave for a week and can't walk around, so I have the time, and I wanted to do this ever since I got them.
