Petticoat woes
Feb. 17th, 2008 09:38 pmI need to completely redo the waist on the petticoat. The hem is awfully uneven and the only place I can adjust it easily is at the top. And I need this to be right becaus eI'll wear it again at my wedding. *heavy sigh*
